MA in Spiritual Formation and Discipleship,
Certified Christian Life Coach Specializing in Body Image, Disordered Eating & Eating Disorder Recovery.

Hi! Rebecca here! I’m a certified Biblical mental health coach. But more than that, I am a woman who understands the ups and downs of recovering from an eating disorder while balancing the realities of life. I’m not sure I would have chosen this path, but God chose it for me, and through it all, I have come to understand and experience the grace and goodness of God! It is my privilege to work with women of all ages who struggle with body image and disordered eating behaviours.
Whether you have been clinically diagnosed with an eating disorder and are seeking freedom, or you find yourself preoccupied with rigid food or exercise rules, I want you to know that you are not alone! There is hope and freedom for you in and because of Jesus! My passion is to help women discover their God-given identity and purpose and embrace the fullness of His grace. Starting with the firm foundation of the Word of God, I take a holistic approach to Christian life coaching, helping you identify the root causes of your struggle.
Together, we will create and pursue realistic goals that don’t compromise your Christian values. You can say “goodbye” to fear and embrace abundance in all areas of your life. I provide personalized coaching sessions to help my clients overcome their struggles and live a life free of fear, anxiety, and shame. Contact me today to book a free consultation.
From His fullness we have all received grace upon grace. ~ John 1:16
